 TROY'S DIARY

“…I’ve been getting a lot of support. People have been sticking by me when things have been tough and I want you all to know that I really appreciate it…”.

Today is our last day in OZ and it's been nice to catch up with our family and friends. But I’m keen to get back to Monaco and have one home-cooked dinner before Spain. I've had nearly one month of eating out and this week it’s just been barbies, barbies, barbies.

Phillip Island was a good weekend. This track makes for some of the best racing around and you end up little groups. With 4-5 laps to go in the race my rear tyre blistered. There's nothing you can do when this happens, you just have to try to finish the race. Phillip Island is really hard on the rear because of the long left turns with lots of speed. I got a good start and ended up 9th. I guess this was better than my helicopter ride last year.

Monday and Tuesday we tested some stuff that will help next year and I tried some new Ohlins forks which were really nice. I can't wait to use them in Spain. I would like to finish the year on a high which brings me to my website. I’ve been getting a lot of support. People have been sticking by me when things have been tough and I want you all to know that I really appreciate it.

Take it easy,

TB
