Davide Tardozzi - Team Manager:
Davide manages the team and he's a hard boss that expects results. He knows what he's talking about because, previously, he was a rider that won 5 Italian Championships, a European Championship and 5 WSB races! |

Corrado Cecchinelli - Team Technical Director:
Corrado is responsible for all the technical activities of Ducati Corse at the track and co-ordinates all the work of the engineers and mechanics in the pit garage. |

Ernesto Marinelli - Chief Engineer:
Ernesto managed the AMA Factory racing during recent seasons. He worked with the likes of Gobert, Bostrom, Kocinski, Rapp and Bayliss. |

Roberto Valletta - Chief Mechanic:
Roberto was in Foggy’s team in '98, and then spent the '99 season working in the r&d team with Romboni. In 2000 he worked as a development mechanic until, at mid-season, he moved to NCR as Ben's crew chief. He keeps that same position within Ben’s new team. |

Claudio "Pongo" Montanari - Mechanic:
Claudio was on the Factory Ducati World Supersport team in 1998, 1999 and 2000. In 2001 he was on the Xaus World Superbike crew and moved across to Ben's team for 2002. |

Claudio Peiretti - Mechanic:
In the past, Claudio has been a mechanic in Virginio Ferrari's team and, more recently, worked in the AMA championship with Ernesto Marinelli. He has returned to Italy to join Ben's crew for 2002. |

Mark Elder - Mechanic:
Mark worked on Ben's crew in the Vance&Hines team in the USA and joined him in Team Ducati L&M for 2001 and 2002. Although he is a fellow American he is now based in Italy. |

Luca Minelli – Electronics Engineer:
Luca has worked with Ducati since the '98 season when he worked on the Foggy crew. He was then on the Corser crew in '99, Bostrom/Borja crew in 2000 and Ben's crew for 2001 and 2002. Previously he worked with Valentino Rossi in the GP's. |
