GP – CANEPA UNDERGOES TREATMENT |

The MotoGP has arrived at Australia's Phillip Island track for the third from last race of the season.
In the first round of free practice, Niccolò Canepa, the Pramac Racing racer from Liguria, Italy, crashed and suffered a serious injury to his right elbow with some tissue loss.
He was taken to the medical centre in Melbourne for plastic surgery and to clean the area of damaged tissue.
The youngster will not take part in the Australian GP and it is uncertain whether he will be able to race in Malaysia either.
