Checa: last race with Ten Kate.
Carlos Checa, the 37 year old Spanish rider, relaxes in the Clinica Mobile and shares a joke with Doctor Corbascio (photo) and his physiotherapist.
This is Checa's last race with Honda Ten Kate, next year he will return to Ducati, with the Althea Superbike Team.
After the massage he told us how he intended to do his best and leave the team on a high note.
The sun shone on the practice sessions for all categories, which began at 8am when it was just rising above the horizon.
Max Biaggi hit the deck hard and came to the Clinica Mobile for some checks to his pelvis, which luckily gave him the all clear.
The racer from Rome will give his all on his Aprilia despite the numerous contusions he suffered.
