GP - THE HUMAN STORY OF JORGE LORENZO’S PASSION.
Upon his arrival in Australia the Spanish rider fell ill with food poisoning caused by contaminated food.

The same condition affected his dinner companions and fellow victims of this misadventure.

Vomiting, nausea, cramps, bodily pains, headaches, confusion and haziness were the most fastidious and worrying symptoms.

The Clinica Mobile provided a wide range of treatments, therapy and assistance to help him take part in Friday and Saturday practice for the Australian Grand Prix.

Fortunately he recovered on Saturday night and on Sunday morning Lorenzo no longer needed any treatment and was in a buoyant mood for his warm up laps, which rewarded him with positive results.

On the starting line the Spaniard was really upbeat because his body had got rid of all the toxins and poisons.

The fact put him in such a carefree, euphoric state of mind that he lost some of the concentration required for what should have been his most important race of the season.

Triumphing over his ailment was a great achievement but he shouldn’t have let it stop him fighting on.

Then the race began and after just a few metres he ran into Hayden’s Ducati and ended up wounded on the grass. In the fall he injured his nose and little finger on his right hand, but these injuries were nothing compared to the dents his young soul took, bleeding him of all faith and hope.

When young people overcome physical problems they often forget about their soul, which is the only resource that can give them the strength to win the best things.

As he arrived in Malaysia today he was still treating the damage to his body; his damaged soul will have to wait for the race to be healed.
