If you are a Ducati owner and would like to be part of the Ducati Desmo Owners Club, fill out the Membership registration form below and submit it to us. You will receive a Ducati D.O.C. Welcome KIT including a personalized DUCATIOWNER Card. If you have any questions regarding membership contact Customer Service at owners@ducati.com. Please note that all owners of Ducati bikes purchased as of January 2001 will be automatically inducted into the Ducati D.O.C. and will receive the complete Welcome KIT.

Information pursuant to Article 10 of Act 675/96 under Italian Law (concerning personal data protection)
Personal data will be processed by the holder Ducati Desmo Owner Club at its office, via Cavalieri Ducati n. 3, Bologna, Italy, and by the responsible Ducati.com S.p.A. at its office, via della Salute n. 14/2, Bologna, Italy, using automated means mostly, in accordance with provisions of Act Law 675/96 under Italian Law, for the following purposes:
(i) for all the activity related to the membership and to the Ducati Desmo Owner Club initiatives. 
(ii) for marketing researches, promotion activity and commercial information. Solely for such purposes your data shall be communicated by Ducati Desmo Owner Club to Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. and society of the group Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. or contractually tied to Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., also having their residence out of European Union.
Providing your data for the purposes of point (i) is optional. The missed conferment of data to such purposes won't allow to become a member of Ducati Desmo Owner Club. Providing your data for the purposes of point (ii) is optional and the missed conferment of data to such ends won't allow to receive information on the commercial initiatives organised by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. 
In your capacity as the concerned party you enjoy the rights provided for by art. 13 of the Italian Law 675/96.
