In the event section main page under the event calendar, you find a selection of the main upcoming events followed by some of important past events. Click to see the full event schedules. From the Main Page Events you can return to the Ducati home page by clicking on the Ducati logo on the upper left of your screen. While navigating within Events, you can always return to the main page Events by clicking on the word Events in the content box on the left of your screen.
2. EVENT CALENDAR
a. The event calendar allows you to search for events for a given day, week, month or year. For example, if you click on a certain day, the results will show you all of the events happening that day, all over the world. Use the arrows above the calendar to choose the month and the year.
b. You can narrow down your search using the search queries provided. Select the country and event type and click on Search.
c. If you “Check the box to see past events” you will see all past, current and future events following whatever search criteria you have entered above.
d. The event calendar has another function that allows you to search for specific events, depending on the targeted audience and the organiser.
3. SEARCH RESULTS
Events are listed chronologically and include the name, date, event type and organizer as well as the country and city where the event will take place. To see the complete event schedule and a more detailed description, click on the event name.
4. EVENT SCHEDULE INFORMATION
The event schedule gives you all the information available on that event. You can go back to search results or do a new search by clicking on BACK TO RESULTS or NEW SEARCH. You will also find one ore more photos and links to more information. MORE NEWS deals with all the information about the events before they take place. EVENT CHRONICLE deals with all the information about what has happened during the event (for past events). Events published on Ducati.com site are organized not only by DMH but also by clubs, fans, stores/dealers, etc… all related to Ducati in many different ways. At the end of the page you will find all organizer's contacts: phone, fax, email, web site. You can also send the page to a friend or even print it. The link "disclaimer" shows you the legal notice.
5. EVENT NEWSLETTER
Stay up-to-date with Ducati events worldwide with the bi-monthly Ducati Event Newsletter. Click on the box in the upper left to Subscribe to the newsletter. If you are not already a registered user, you can also register at this time.
6. SEND US YOUR EVENT
If you or someone you know is organising a Ducati event, tell us about it and we’ll put it online! To send us your event you must be a registered Ducati.com user and when you click on the above banner, you are give the choice to sign in or to register. Once you sign in, you must fill out and submit an event form. All elements marked * are mandatory.
Here are some indications on the information necessary in all of the fields.
Event name: Enter the name of the event.
Event type: Select the type that best fits the event.
Date & time: Enter the starting and ending date. If the event lasts one day, check the related box. Enter the starting and ending time, making sure to indicate if it is a.m. or p.m.
Country: Select the country where the event will take place.
City: Enter the city where the event will take place.
State/province: Select the state or province where the event will take place.
Event description: Enter a textual description of the event. Some of the essential topics to cover include activities, participants, meeting place, tickets and bookings, price, etc. You have up to 3,500 characters for your description.
Number of participants: Enter the number of participants that are expected or the maximum allowed.
Attach image: Attach a photo of up to 500 kb. The photo should be informative about your particular event or your organisation (i.e. the logo of your club or organisation or a picture of the event in past years).
Attach doc/pdf/… file: Upload a file of up to 1 MB that will be available for downloading from the event description such as a map of the location, a brochure for the event, a registration form or an invitation. The file can be in many formats including .doc, .pdf, .zip, etc.
Event requiring/not requiring payment: Indicate whether the event is for payment by clicking on the related dot.
Single brand/multi brand event: Indicate whether the event is reserved to Ducatisti (Single brand event) or if all brands are allowed (Multi-brand event) by clicking on the related dot.
Enter Your Contact Information: Insert the organiser’s contact information, paying special attention to make sure that this information is correct.
Note- the website must be written in full. For example, please write http://www.ducati.com instead of just www.ducati.com .
Type of organiser: This section describes the organisation in charge of the event and type of event target and helps narrow down the event search functions. Check the boxes that describe the type of organiser (club, dealer/store, subsidiaries/importers) and check one of the remaining boxes if the event deals with women or with racing.

7. REGISTRATION

How to Log In
To log in from the Event page, simply enter your user name and password when prompted. From elsewhere in the Ducati site, select Login from the toolbar and enter your user name and password when prompted. Once logged in, you will have access to all areas of the Ducati.com website.
If you forgot your password
If you are logging in and you have forgotten your password, simply select "forgot your password, click here". When you enter your Username and email address, your password will be automatically sent to you via email.
