Ducati fans at the Misano GP showed all their passion, enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
There were 1,200 fans on the Ducati grandstand to watch the second Italian round of the 2008 MotoGP Championship, which took place at the Misano World Circuit on 31 August. As is now traditional, the Desmodromiclub of Rome organised a hugely impressive and highly emotional show, along with official Ducati fan clubs from all over Italy including Salerno, Bari,

Bologna, Reggio Emilia and Rimini, which got everyone involved. The Ducati grandstand gives each and every Ducati fan the chance to witness first-hand an unforgettable event like a MotoGP race, and to show their loyalty, passion and excitement to the riders and the whole Ducati MotoGP Team. The grandstand position - on the first corner after the starting line - was one of the best available: the fans could cheer Casey and Marco on as they sped past, forming a massive red wall of 1,200 red and white cards that made up the Ducati logo.

Ducati grandstand ticket holders also benefited from a reserved bike parking area, coat check, maxi-screen and a special welcome pack containing a T-shirt, cap, Ducati Corse towel, pass-holder and other great gifts.
The Ducati grandstand was made possible thanks to the contribution of partners including Shell, Gatorade, Italian Style Company and SBS.
The Ducati grandstand is not standing still though, it is moving on from Misano and making its way to future dates at the Indianapolis, Motegi, Phillip Island and Valencia tracks, where it will bring support, colour and enthusiasm for the Bologna-built machines and their riders.
