taste the track enviroment
The Racing Level I course offers ideal access to the track, whether it’s your first time or you have a number of track days under your belt and wish to gain more experience under professional instruction. If it’s your first time, you’ll be taking your initial steps into a track environment that is safe, controlled and non-aggressive and you'll learn the ins-and-outs of track etiquette. If you’ve ridden on the track before, you’ll be grouped accordingly and your expert instructor will take you to the next step by improving your style, racing lines and riding technique.
Riders are divided into small groups of comparable skill level. A dedicated instructor will offer tips before each session, and after each session you'll meet again to discuss your experience and get questions answered. With constant feedback and continuous attention, your track skills will dramatically improve along with your overall riding confidence, especially when you leave the track and get back out on the street.
This course uses the 848 -- with its perfect balance of handling and power, it's an ideal bike for a first-time track experience. The 848's lightness and agility will inspire confidence when cornering.

The Racing Level I course is divided into groups of six (up to a maximum of 60 riders), with each group led by an expert instructor. The bike used in this course is the 848 Superbike.
You don't need any track experience to take part in this course, but good motorcycle riding skills are essential.
During your first session on the track your riding will be assessed by the instructors so you can be divided into groups based on skill level and pace.
Once the groups have been organised, you will have 5 more on-track practice sessions alternating with theory-based input and advice.
The required gear includes leathers, gloves, boots and a full-face helmet. If you can't provide any of these items, you can hire them when you purchase a course online at www.ducati.com (see the 'Clothing requirements' section for complete details on the required gear).
You must have a motorcycle licence (without engine displacement restrictions) to participate in the Racing Level I course.
