for trackway addicted
If you're a skilled street rider with track experience (you've ridden on the track at least 4 times), the Racing Level II course is designed for you. You'll learn how to carry more corner speed, where to capitalise on acceleration, how to increase the fluidity of your riding style, and much more. If you're a trackday addict, you'll come away from this DRE course with a new-found ability to exploit your motorcycle on any track.

Riders are divided into small groups, each receiving focused attention from a dedicated instructor. Your riding is continually monitored throughout the day: Before each session your instructor will discuss technique and after each session you'll get feedback on where you're improving and what you can work on in the next session. The constant, student-specific feedback from experts will elevate your track riding to a new level.

This course uses the 848 -- perfect for disciplining riders into developing efficient track techniques and perfect corner trajectories, its balance of handling and torque make it an ideal bike for track use. Don’t under-estimate the capabilities of this machine. The 848's lightness and agility will inspire confidence when attacking corners with controlled aggression.

quotes
"I came with the goal of learning as much as possible and gaining confidence. Now when I get on my bike I feel different from before, I’m more aware. Mission accomplished. "

Alessandro Giacomazzi

The Racing Level II course is divided into groups of five (up to a maximum of 50 riders), with each group led by an expert instructor. The bike used in this course is the 848 Superbike.

The initial groups will be organised based on the experience level stated by the riders. During your first on-track session, you'll be assessed by the team of instructors to make sure everyone in your group is of a comparable skill level. If necessary, the groups will be adjusted so all riders are in their ideal groups.

Once the groups have been organised, you will have 5 more on-track practice sessions alternating with theory-based input and advice. Your last on-track session of the day will not be shared with the Master Racing course.

The required gear includes leathers, gloves, boots and a full-face helmet. If you can't provide any of these items, you can hire them when you purchase a course online at www.ducati.com (see the 'Clothing requirements' section for complete details on the required gear).

You must have a motorcycle licence (without engine displacement restrictions) to participate in the Racing Level II course.
