(ii) for promotional, commercial and information activities, sending advertising materials, direct sale, marketing researches, researches on consumer practises of the involved person. To that end your personal data may be provided by the holder Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. to companies of the holder Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. group and/or companies having a contractual relationship with the holder Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., even incorporated outside European Union, and will be communicated to the persons or entities responsible for or in charge with the personal data treatment appointed by said companies.

The personal data will not be propagated.
The provision of your data for the purposes stated in paragraph (i) is optional. Should such data be withheld, you won't be allowed to receive the assistance, information and/or services requested. The provision of your data for the purposes stated in paragraph (ii) is optional. Should such data be withheld, you won't be allowed to receive information about the commercial and/or promotional activities organized by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. and/or its partners.
