Information pursuant to Section 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30th, 2003 – Privacy Law

The personal data of the involved party will be processed by the holder Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., with its registered office at via Cavalieri Ducati 3, Bologna, Italy and by the responsible Etnoteam.com S.p.A., with its registered office at via Valtorta 48, Milan, Italy, using automated means and other means, in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30th, 2003 – Privacy Law, for the following purposes:

(i) for performing any and all activities relating to the relationship with the involved party and providing all information, assistance and services requested by the involved party. To that end your personal data may be provided to third parties having a contractual relationship with Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. and/or to credit institutions, banks and/or insurance companies, even incorporated outside European Union, and will be communicated to the persons or entities responsible for or in charge with the personal data treatment appointed by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A.;

(ii) for promotional, commercial and information activities, sending advertising materials, direct sale, marketing researches, researches on consumer practises of the involved person. To that end your personal data may be provided by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. to companies of the Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. group and/or companies having a contractual relationship with Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., even incorporated outside European Union, and will be communicated to the persons or entities responsible for or in charge with the personal data treatment appointed by said companies.

The personal data will not be propagated.
The provision of your data for the purposes stated in paragraph (i) is optional. Should such data be withheld, you won’t be allowed to receive the 
assistance, information and/or services requested. The provision of your data for the purposes stated in paragraph (ii) is optional. Should such data be
 withheld, you won’t be allowed to receive information about the commercial and/or promotional activities organized by Ducati Motor Holding 
S.p.A. and/or its partners.

As involved party, at any time you can exercise the rights provided for by Section 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30th, 2003.
