A special ticket price will be available for all Ducati owners who attend the WDW. If you are a Ducatista participating with another brand of motorcycle or a visitor without a motorcycle, you must pay the normal ticket price.

Absolutely. Anyone can participate in this fantastic event, whether they're hardcore Ducatisti or those in possession of another brand of motorcycle. Track sessions are likewise open to all brands.

WDW tickets can be purchased up to 21 June through Best Union or by contacting their Call Center. From 28 June to 1 July, you can buy a ticket direct from the race track. Click here to find out all the purchasing details.

If you buy online, the only way to pay is with a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club International are accepted). Or, if you buy a ticket via the Call Center, payment can only be made by bank transfer.

You can choose between two types of ticket:

• 4 day Pass. This allows you access to all activities organized over the four days of the event (a session on the track, activities at the paddock, the concert and the mega-barbeque on Saturday evening, a visit to the Ducati Museum in Borgo Panigale, and much, much more) from 28 June to 1 July.
• 1 day Pass. This allows you to participate in the activities scheduled for the day you attend and can be purchased only at the race track. It is not available through advance sale. The 1 Day Pass does NOT entitle you to a session on the track.

If you purchase the pass online and/or through the Call Center by 15 June, the pass will be sent through a courier to the address you give. The shipment by means of courier will begin after May 15th. Those who have bought tickets before this date must also wait for this same shipment after May 15th.

For purchases after 15 June, you can collect the tickets directly from the Desk Accrediti (Accreditation Desk) at the race track, starting from the first day of the gathering on 28 June, 2007.

For those who purchase tickets by 15 June, the ticket price will include the cost of delivery. The cost of delivery and the total payment will be made known during the purchasing process.

If you participate in the WDW with your motorcycle, you will receive two wristbands: the first one is for yourself and the second one is for your bike. If you are a visitors without any bike, or a passenger, you will receive only one wristband for yourself.

You will receive three wristbands if you buy tickets for yourself as a bike rider and for your passenger. Remember not to wear these bracelets before WDW: they could be damaged. In case of loss or tear, please contact Best Union as soon as possible.

For children under 10 years old, entry is free. There is no need to purchase a pass for them. Kids between 10 and 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must pay the full ticket price.

To book tickets online at the Best Union website, it is necessary to register. Simply follow the registration procedure on the Best Union website. If you are already registered on the Best Union website and have forgotten your password, simply follow the procedure for recovering your password, which will require you to enter your email address. Best Union will immediately send you an email with your password and you will be redirected to the Log-in page.

If you purchase tickets online through the Best Union website, you can purchase ten tickets per visit. There is no limit if you decide to purchase the pass through the Best Union Call Center or through a branch of the Gruppo Bancario San Paolo or at the race track itself.

Yes, this is possible. For those in possession of a 4 Day Pass, a free track session of around 20/30 minutes is available as long as you have your own motorcycle. The session, however, must be booked in advance of the start of the gathering and will only be available until all places are filled. For details on how to book a track session click here.

The purchaser is entitled to the right of withdrawal without penalty and/or stated reasons, provided that it is effected within 10 working days of the completion of the contract and the receipt of the terms of agreement and means of effecting the right of withdrawal, as indicated above, and before the start of the Event in question.
MEANS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: withdrawal must be effected through written communication sent by registered A/R delivery to Best Union Company S.p.A. - Biglietteria WDW 2007 via Canova n. 16/20 40138 Bologna, Italy.
In the case of withdrawal, if the purchaser is already in possession of the items purchased, they must return these items to Best Union Company S.p.A. - Biglietteria WDW 2007 via Canova n. 16/20 40138 Bologna, Italy, in such a way as they arrive at the address above in no more than 10 working days of the receipt of the items purchased and before the start of the Event in question. Best Union Company S.p.A. will not provide any reimbursement in cases where purchased items are late or lost in the return delivery. The delivery costs of the return of purchased items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The purchaser will consequently have the right to reimbursement of the sum paid for items purchased, excluding delivery costs and banking fees and the costs of the return delivery of purchased items to Best Union Company S.p.A., on the condition that the right of withdrawal is effected according to the afore mentioned terms and before the start of the Event the purchaser wished to attend, so rendering void the possibility of withdrawal and/or request for reimbursement after the start of the said Event.

Ducati guarantees free entry to the Misano World Circuit for WDW 2007 to people with a percentage of disability above 74% and people accompanying them. It is necessary for these people to present themselves at the WDW ticket office with a medical certificate stating disability and an identifying document (for the escort, their presence next to the disabled person is sufficient), where free access will be granted.

At pit garage 29, a satellite DHL office will be present to offer all participants the option of sending various souvenirs and memorabilia bought during the event to their homes which would otherwise be difficult to transport.
