Booking procedure for motorcycle open track sessions

If you comply with the requirements as set out in the regulations and if you have just bought a 4 day biker(*) pass, you can book a place in the open track sessions at the WDW, until all spots are full, by following the procedure below:

Booking over the telephone closed Friday, June 22nd.
There are still some spots available for Thursday and Sunday for booking at the racetrack starting Thursday, June 28th.
To request your track session, bring the “4 Day Pass”, that you have already bought, to pit garages 4-5-6 labelled “TRACK SESSIONS REGISTRATION”.
Hurry up – spots are limited!

At the track

  • You must check in and show your documents at the reception desk no less than 60 minutes before your pre-booked session time.
  • We suggest you download the two release forms from our website: they may be filled in in advance, but must only be signed in front of a member of the staff at the reception desk.
    IMPORTANT: 30 minutes before every session any participant who has not checked in by the specified time will have their booking cancelled and the place may be assigned to another applicant.
(*) The following people are not allowed to participate in track sessions:
1) The possessors of a 1 day pass
2) The possessors of a 4 day visitor/passenger pass
3) The possessors of a free pass
4) The participants of the Ducati Desmo Challenge
