Guided tour of factory and Museum entry

 It will only be possible to have a guided tour of the factory if a booking has been made beforehand; all tours will have an official Ducati guide. 

The factory visit lasts 60 minutes.

The meeting point for factory visits is the Visitor Center, located inside the Ducati Motor Holding building in ViaCavalieri Ducati 3.
Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the visit and that you have your tour confirmation with you.

For groups only, subject to availability, visits can also be conducted in French, Spanish or German - please specify at the time of booking.

Each ticket allows a single access to the company, where the factory and the museum are located.

Visitors are not allowed to get in and out of the business area at different moments during the day.

The Museum can be visited before or after the factory, where Museum opening hours permit.

Ducati Motor Holding reserves the right to vary the tour duration, content and programme. 

 From April 2019 for safety reasons it will be mandatory to wear closed footwear during the factory tour.

The factory is closed on:

  • Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
  • 25th and 26th April 2019
  • From 1st August to 3rd September
  • From 30th September to 8th October 2019
  • From 31st October to 11st November 2019
  • From 19th December to 6th January 2020

The 2020 closing days will be published in January 2020

How to book

To book a factory tour please send an e-mail to the tour booking service at: infotour@ducati.com

The e-mail must contain the following information:

  • Subject: date and time
  • E-mail text:
  • Name and surname/group name/school name 
  • Number of persons 
  • Language 
  • Contacts: e-mail and phone number.

Requests that do not contain all the above information will not be processed. 

Requests shall be met with according to availability.

The booking is effective only after the booking service has sent a confirmation e-mail.

Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to take the factory tour.

From April 2019 for safety reasons it will be mandatory to wear closed footwear during the factory tour.

Payment methods
  • Cash in case of individual visits (bookings up to a maximum of 10 persons)
  • Bank transfer in advance for groups, to confirm the factory tour booking and Museum visit.

Proceeds are donated to the Ducati Foundation, the body that - with passion, professionalism and pride - funds non-profit projects regarding the Ducati world.
