8 years ago I started the Ducati Café on Facebook because 35 years ago I was introduced ago to my uncles Ducati and fell in love with the brand. Many years later after owning ducatis whilst serving in the military I settled in Noosa, Qld Australia. After 5 years of riding with no other Ducatis it was time to put a shout out to the locals. it took 2 weeks to gather 25 members, the Sunshine Coast had been neglected and with the partnership of our new local dealer in Maroochydore we had ourselves a club. We have a members that own bevels of historical value...the Scaysbrook 900NCR of 1978, we have on our books the ex mechanic of Mike Hailwood, the ex racing bikes of Eddlie Lopez, just to name a few. More importantly we have a collection of over 90 members with the passion of Ducati that want to meet up as a family orientated club that raise some funds for charitable organisations looking after disabled bike riders. we are honoured to ride Ducatis and we the first Official Ducati Owners Club on the Sunshine Coast. We are a massively active club with members travelling to Grand Prix and track days.
