JOB TITLE: Marketing Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Marketing 

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt 

SUMMARY: 

As the Ducati North America (DNA) Marketing Administrator you will directly support the Marketing department. This role will be accountable for a wide range of marketing administration and support activities with tasks having a direct impact on the business. This position will require a passionate, detail orientated individual who is motivated to learn, is curious and has both exceptional communication and organizational skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the departments purchase order (PO) and accounting processes. This includes creation and input of POs in timely manner and assist Marketing Director with budget management, reporting and other needs to support the purchasing process according to compliance guidelines
  • Update Marketing budget tracking documents with month-end actuals using data provided by DNA Finance Department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support both Marketing and Finance teams on a specific process for the raising, tracking and approval of purchase orders and vendor invoice submission
  • Work closely with vendors and the Marketing team to ensure purchase orders are executed in alignment with company policies as well as the Marketing and Finance Department needs and expectations
  • Support Marketing Director with the collection and compiling of marketing reports and presentations from marketing team managers
  • Support Marketing team with the researching and sourcing of a variety of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update marketing project tracking documents to assist Marketing Director with the delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Support Marketing team with the distribution of Dealer Marketing and Sales Bulletins
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in department support role 
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent grammar 
  • Strong communicator. Confident in communicating with internal and external contacts as well as customers/prospects 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines 
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to organize data.
  • Passionate with a positive “can-do” attitude
