JOB TITLE: Marketing Intern 

DEPARTMENT: Marketing  

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director 

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: 

As the Ducati North America (DNA) Marketing Intern you will directly support the Marketing Department. This role will be assisting the team with a wide range of marketing activities and tasks having a direct impact on the business. This internship role will require a passionate individual who is motivated to learn, is curious and has both exceptional communication and organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance with various Ducati sponsored events for both the Dealer Network and Experiential, such as the Ducati North America Dealer Conference and World Superbike
  • Assist with Ducati Owners Club President’s meeting 
  • Support in evaluating and processing Co-op funds, Regional Funds, and Canada Experiential funds 
  • Create media repository on marketing dropbox by aggregating all media across media house, marketing database and we transfer files sent by Ducati Motor Holding 
  • Audit Ducati North America website 
  • Manage translations for Mexico and French Canada for ads and website 
  • Communication support, such as writing copy, proof reading and editing
  • Manage and update media website analytics 
  • Assisting with Ducati Motor Holding marketing calendar updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working towards Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing / communication / social media
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent grammar 
  • Strong communicator
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Passionate with a positive “can-do” attitude
