Operations Administrator


The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing support for the order entry of After Sales Products, order inquiries, monitoring back orders, shipping issues and returns of parts, accessories, and apparel.

  • Assist with order and product status inquiries and provide general dealer support
  • Manage product returns and reporting
  • Process parts, accessories and apparel warranty claims
  • Manage internal purchase orders
  • Inventory and order reconciliation
  • Process credit memo requests
  • Assist with data entry for special campaign orders for parts, accessories and apparel products
  • Process order cancellations and order change requests
  • Tracking, problem-solving, and handling issues as they pertain to discrepancies
  • Handling shipping requests from other departments
  • Various other projects assigned by management when deemed necessary


  • Proficiency in MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills accompanied by clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent people skills, problem-solving, thinking out of the box and expected to speak effectively with field staff and dealers
  • Acute attention to detail
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience, or relevant internship(s) required
