The package includes:
Bike rental including insurance, entry to
and guided tour of the Ducati factory and Museum, two nights hotel
accommodation, three lunches (two en route and one in Ducati's canteen) and two
dinners at the hotel, transportation of baggage to and from hotel, assistance
along the route in the form of a support truck.
The package does not include:
fuel for the bike, any extras at the hotel,
drinks, entry to the hotel spa, any other services not mentioned here.
The maximum number of participants for each
date is 12; if there are fewer than 6 bikes, the organisation reserves the
right to evaluate whether to proceed with the tour or not.
To take part in the Ducati Dream Tour you
must be in possession of a valid motorcycle licence issued in one of the member
countries of the European Union. Those in possession of licences from countries
outside of the EU should arrange to get an international licence that is
recognised in Italy.
We strongly advise bike Tour participants
to wear the correct kit, consisting of technical textile clothing, a full-face
helmet, gloves and boots.
The organisation offers participants the
opportunity to hire technical clothing (in a limited quantity) that can be
booked via the website at the time of booking the tour.
NB: when checking-in in Bologna you will be
asked for your credit card details in case of any fines or sanctions that will
be charged to the person renting the bike.
the bikes used on the tour are
insured against public liability, theft and fire. They are not covered by fully
comprehensive insurance for damage to the vehicles. On taking possession of the
bike, at the time of collection the client will sign a waiver and present a
current motorcycle licence that is valid in Italy.
