What is the World Ducati Week?
Summertime, Italian style, the Romagna riviera, the city of Bologna, the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit and the roar of thousands of Ducatis. All of this is the World Ducati Week, the largest gathering of the community of the Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer.
The stimulating atmosphere and the opportunity to get involved in the numerous scheduled events turn every single participant into a protagonist of the Ducati invasion: all in one area you could experience the contagious fun of the Scrambler Land of Joy, dive into the different universes representing the various characters of Ducati bikes, explore the Romagna riviera and meet the technicians and other people who work day in, day out to bring the two-wheeled dream to life.
Relive the World Ducati Week history from 1998 to present
Living a long weekend with fellow Desmo lovers where everything is possible: trying out your racing skills during the track sessions, taking part in parades, meeting the Ducati official riders for an autograph or to watch them ride a solemn lap of honour, having a go in the numerous contests, all with a Ducati theme, and watching breathtaking exhibitions such as the stunt riders.
The excitement and adrenaline are even more extreme if shared with other Ducatisti from all over the world: so many nations, languages and kilometres covered to meet up with fellow Ducatisti, to share the passion and take part in celebrations together, such as the Rustida and the Scrambler parties.
But the WDW also stands for growth and innovation: a continued quest and desire to amaze you time after time with new activities at each event which leave a lasting mark and make the end of each edition the beginning of the countdown to the next one.
