Ducati helmets

Safety and style start with the head

The helmet is the most protective element of a motorcyclist’s equipment. Ducati offers you a vast range of helmets, all strictly fibre and featuring advanced technical solutions designed to ensure maximum safety and comfort.

The racing helmets are designed for a tucked-in, forward-leaning riding position. They are aerodynamically stable at high speeds, offering a close fit and a very wide visual field, particularly when the rider is tucked-in along the straight. The centre of gravity is conceived so as to stress the neck as little as possible, while the ventilation system optimises the flow of incoming and outgoing air.

Ducati Corse V6

    The powerful and aggressive design of the Ducati Corse V6 helmet made by Drudi Performance exclusively for Ducati is a perfect match for its excellent technical features, specifically designed for sport riding. From the collaboration with Arai comes an exclusive helmet inspired by the graphic themes of MotoGP, with design and performance worthy of the premier class.
  • Visor
    Wider visor for perfect peripheral vision: the wider visor opening provides a wider field of view, which results in greater visibility when cornering.
  • Inner Liner
    Removable interior in Eco-Pure® fabric with very limited frame area. FCS offers a looser fit with secure support over a larger area providing superior stability and comfort with minimal pressure.
  • Ventilation
    Ventilations with new sliding closure that reduces aero-dynamic noise, increases durability and waterproofness.

Ducati Corse V7

    Thanks to the exclusive design with graphics of the Desmosedici Stradale R engine, the Ducati Corse V7 full-face helmet combines a modern, bold style with a distinct racing. Specially designed by Arai for sports enthusiasts, is equipped with a composite fiber outer shell in order to provide protection against impact and with a “Peripherally Belted” structure positioned along the top of the aperture that gives greater resistance.
  • Visor
    The thermoformed visor is scratch-proof and anti-fog, and it offers the rider comfort and safety thanks to the VAS technology, which envisages perfect peripheral vision and gives better visibility on bends.
  • Inner liner
    Removable and washable inner liner made of fine Eco-Pure® hypoallergenic fabric and neck padding. Exceptional performance and a perfect fit, thanks to the advanced automotive-style opening mechanism and the elastic FCS foam support. Ventilation with new slide shutter: reduced wind noise, improved durability and waterproofing.

The helmets for sports riding on the road are designed for both performance and long-range travel. Riders assume a tucked-in and forward-leaning riding position, despite speeds and posture being less extreme than on track. The fit is comfortable, ventilation effective and adjustable, and the finishes conceived specifically so as to reduce noise.

Ducati Theme 2

    Ducati Theme V2 is the quintessence of comfort while providing an exceptional level of protection. It is a boasting a trendy and sporty design helmet by Drudi Performance with a glossy finish and color blocks that perfectly match the Ducati apparel collection.
  • Visor
    Visor system with VAS technology designed to give a wide field of vision when riding at any lean angle. Added to this is the inner visor with the patented Pinlock® adjustment system, which allows adjustment of draught and fogging at the touch of a button.
  • Inner liner
    Detachable, washable hypoallergenic inner lining, equipped with Facial Contour System (FCS), that offers a looser fit, thanks to a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds.
    FFS (Free Flow System) creates airflow under the helmet that reduces wind noise and turbulence while increasing the exhaust of hot air.

D-Rider 2

    This helmet is made by Arai for sporty riding. It features a minimal, yet unmistakably, Ducati design made by Drudi Performance. Two Super Fiber layers and an intermediate layer made with a special chemical fiber exclusive from Arai, to maximize protection and lightness.
  • Visor
    Visor system with VAS technology gives wide field of vision when riding at any lean angle. Thanks to the exclusive patented adjusting system, the stretch of the Pinlock® fog-resistant inner visor can be adjusted, acting from the exterior of the visor.
  • Inner liner
    Detachable, washable hypoallergenic inner lining, equipped with Facial Contour System (FCS), a system that offers a looser fit, thanks to the elastic foam support in the cheeks that compresses and expands. The patented inner shell, made of variable-density EPS whose compactness changes according to the position, allows to further increase resistance.
  • Ventilation
    FFS (Free Flow System). Creates airflow under the helmet that reduces wind noise and turbulence while increasing the exhaust of hot air.

The helmets for urban use are comfortable, quick to put on and well-ventilated, perfect for daily trips and the summer period. In the typical urban riding position, the rider’s chest is at 90°, while arms and legs are relaxed; these helmets therefore allow you to muffle the excessive incoming air, making the ride as smooth as possible.

    The D-Rider helmet features a minimalist graphic enhanced by Ducati red graphics, a design by Drudi Performance. This helmet, made by Arai for a sporty use, consists of a shell with two Super Fiber layers and an intermediate layer made with a special chemical fiber to maximize protection and lightness.

    The visor offers the rider a wider field of vision thanks to the VAS (variable axis system) technology, in order to tackle every bend with the right angle.
  • Inner liner
    The Facial Contour System (FCS) technology makes the helmet easier to put on thanks to the elastic foam support in the cheeks that compresses and expands under minimum pressure, thus ensuring excellent stability and more comfort.
  • Ventilation
    The natural shape of the outer shell lends the Arai helmets a more homogeneous look, ensures greater sealing and better fit on the head, for improved comfort and wearability and minimized turbulence. The D-rider helmet has two front and one rear air intakes, one air intake in the chin guard and one on the visor.
  • Benefit
    The D-rider helmet is fitted with the Emergency Release System: both the cheek pads and neck roll can be removed in just a few seconds thanks to the exclusive emergency release system.

The touring helmets, both full-face and modular, are designed to be used in an erect riding position and ensure versatility across various road surfaces. Comfortable and noiseless, the helmets feature ventilation systems that are specifically constructed to offer maximum comfort, particularly on long-range trips.

Horizon V3

    Horizon V3 is a modern and sleek helmet for touring use, that highlights the glossy carbon texture of the shell made from Ultra Carbon and aramid glass fibers. The new finish and color scheme of the new graphics give this helmet a neat yet edgy look.
    The Eyewear Adaptive visor system allows you to comfortably wear your glasses. It has also a sun visor with UV protection of the eyes of up to 400 nm.
  • Inner liner
    Carbon Fitting internal padding, made from active carbon filaments. The Liner Positioning Control (LPC) system makes it possible to change the actual layout of the inside of the helmet to suit all different anatomical requirements. The inner EPP foam padding of the cheek pads are de- signed to ensure perfectly equal pressure and consistent performance over time.

  • Is your helmet more than 5 years old? It’s best you replace it.
    Helmets are constructed so that the energy from an impact is absorbed via the partial destruction of the shell and/or inner lining; damage is not always visible to the naked eye. If in doubt as to a helmet’s protective capacity, have it thoroughly checked or replace it. If it has been more than five years since the helmet was first used, we suggest you replace it anyway, even if it still functions properly and does not display any obvious defects.
