Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati Announces 2027 Rider Lineup Cameron Beaubier and 2026 MotoAmerica Supersport Champion Darryn Binder to Lead Team's Superbike Campaign

Sunnyvale, Calif., September 29, 2026 — Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati has announced its rider lineup for the 2027 MotoAmerica Superbike Championship, with six-time MotoAmerica Superbike Champion Cameron Beaubier returning alongside 2026 MotoAmerica Supersport Champion Darryn Binder.

The pairing brings together two accomplished riders with extensive experience at the highest levels of motorcycle road racing, as Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati prepares to contest another season aboard the Ducati Panigale V4 R.

Seeing him return from injury and win at COTA this year showed the level of determination and ability he brings to our program. Darryn has had an incredible first season in MotoAmerica, winning the Supersport championship and demonstrating that he has the speed, skills, and consistency to succeed. Bringing these two riders together gives us a strong foundation for our 2027 Superbike program, and we're looking forward to getting to work.”

Beaubier, a six-time MotoAmerica Superbike Champion, returned to competition in 2026 following a four-month absence after suffering a shoulder injury in a crash at Road America. Despite missing multiple rounds, Beaubier returned to the podium immediately, taking pole position and winning the opening Superbike race at Circuit of The Americas in September in his first weekend back. He went on to finish fourth in Race 2 at COTA. At the season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park, Beaubier secured a second-place finish in Race 1.

“The 2026 season didn't go the way I hoped due to the injury, but I'm happy I was able to finish out the year with a win, a podium, and more seat time on the Ducati, said Cameron Beaubier. “It's been great to be a part of the Warhorse team, and I'm really looking forward to coming back for some redemption with them in 2027.”

The 2027 season will mark another chapter in Beaubier's accomplished Superbike career, which includes six premier-class MotoAmerica championships.

Joining Beaubier will be Darryn Binder, who enters the Superbike class after a championship-winning 2026 MotoAmerica Supersport season. In his rookie season in the championship, Binder secured the Supersport title with one round remaining after sweeping both races at Circuit of The Americas. The South African entered the final round with 10 victories and 13 podium finishes on the season, having established himself as one of the leading riders in the series throughout the year.

“I just want to say a huge thank you to Warhorse for giving me the opportunity to step up onto the Panigale V4R. I'm really looking forward to it. We had a great first season this year together in Supersport and managed to win the championship,” said Darryn Binder. “There's been a fantastic vibe in the box this year, both with the Supersport and Superbike teams. Getting to know everybody has made me even more excited for this opportunity. I've never raced a superbike before, so it'll be new to me, but I'm excited for the challenge and looking forward to seeing what the team can do.”

Binder arrived in MotoAmerica following an 11-season career in the Grand Prix paddock. After competing in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, he made his full-time Moto3 World Championship debut in 2015. He scored his first Grand Prix podium in 2018, followed by additional podium finishes and his first Grand Prix victory at the 2020 Catalan Grand Prix. Binder finished seventh in the 2021 Moto3 World Championship before making a direct move to the MotoGP class in 2022. He subsequently competed in Moto2 before making the move to MotoAmerica for the 2026 season.

Along with his 10 race victories and 13 podiums in MotoAmerica, his championship season featured a pair of double-win weekends: a dominant performance at Road America and a title-clinching sweep at COTA.
