Selection process

The Ducati selection process is managed directly by the Human Resources department in collaboration with the management team.

The selection process starts with the definition of the open positions, which are posted on our website. To be considered for an open role, email your resume and cover letter to: jobsdna@ducati.com.

After determining if your qualifications are a match, we will proceed with an initial ‘get to know you’ meeting with our selection experts. In some cases, individual or group assessments are used.
