With a sports livery and outstanding chassis, Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak combines performance and riding precision. Its name is a tribute to the legendary race.
LIVERY WHEELS SUSPENSION COMPONENTS RIDING RIDING MODES
    Racing livery
    The graphics incorporate elements inspired by the different spirits of Ducati Corse: MotoGP, Superbike and, for the first time, Motocross. Supersport-style lines and colours that emphasise the racing spirit and legacy of a 7-time winner of the legendary ‘Race to the Clouds’.
    New 17” forged Marchesini wheels
    Flaunting a new design, with 17” Marchesini forged wheels at both front and rear and Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres, it offers greater control and impeccable handling.
    Öhlins Smart-EC 2.0 suspension
    The suspension control strategy allows for even more precision in the Sport and Race riding modes, and heightened riding comfort in Touring mode. Using a dedicated button, the rider can select the desired Suspension Mode independently of the Riding Mode. In this way, the suspension response can be easily modified while on the move.
    Sports componentry
    The Euro 5+ Akrapovič exhaust and carbon fibre elements amplify performance and control and elevate the bike’s sportiness and lightness to the extreme.
    Improved chassis
    The sports riding position has been meticulously revised to ensure the utmost comfort, performance, and precision.
    Race Riding Mode
    This dedicated configuration highlights the bike’s supersport attitude and offers an intense and responsive riding experience, on track and road.

4 Akrapovič silencer and carbon fibre components
The Akrapovič exhaust combines performance and lightness in one unique solution. Conforming with the EU 5+ standard, it continues to limit noise emissions to enable access to areas with noise restrictions. Available only on the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak and Multistrada V4 RS, Race Riding Mode replaces the Enduro mode of the Multistrada V4, offering an advanced configuration that maximises performance. Optimised for an intense and responsive riding experience, it highlights the bike’s sports attitude and transforms every journey into a symphony of emotions.

    ABS Cornering and Forward Collision Warning
    An anti-lock braking system is a safety system that prevents a vehicle’s wheels from locking during heavy braking. Essentially, the ABS regulates the braking pressure on the wheel, allowing it to continuously have traction on the riding surface. There are different ABS intervention levels, depending on the selected Riding Mode. The Front to Rear already present among Ducati systems, evolves by distributing braking according to the load on the bike. Thanks to the five Riding Modes, the new Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak adapts to any riding style and condition. Exclusive to this Multistrada model, Race Riding Mode offers a dedicated configuration for limitless performance, elevating the sports riding experience to new levels. 

Race Riding Mode

In this riding mode, the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak maximises engine and chassis performance, unleashing the full 170 hp of the V4 Granturismo engine and all the advantages of the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension. Ducati Traction Control and Ducati Wheelie Control intervention is reduced to a minimum and the Cornering ABS is set to level 2, allowing for controlled lifting of the rear wheel so as to fully exploit the braking phase, even on the racetrack.  

Sport Riding Mode

With this Riding Mode, the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak delivers maximum power (170 hp) with a particularly reactive throttle response and a sporty suspension set-up. Ducati Traction Control and Ducati Wheelie Control intervention is slightly more conservative with respect to Race mode, while ABS is set to level 2, allowing for controlled lifting of the rear wheel so as to maximise braking performance. 

Touring Riding Mode

In Touring Riding Mode, the throttle response and power delivery from the V4 Granturismo engine are smoother and more progressive. The ABS is set to level 3, perfect for touring, which gives the rider a real sense of safety thanks to rear-wheel lift detection, Cornering ABS functionality, and an optimised front/rear combined braking effect. The suspension setting ensures both support and comfort, limiting rider and passenger fatigue over long distances. 

Urban Riding Mode

In Urban Riding Mode power output is reduced to a maximum of 115 hp and the suspension setting ensures the right agility when confronted with urban obstacles such as speed bumps and manhole covers. DTC and DWC are set to high levels for maximum safety in all possible road conditions, while the ABS is set to level 3. 

New Wet Riding Mode

The new Wet Riding Mode is designed for riding on low grip surfaces and particularly in the wet. This mode limits maximum power to 115 hp with a particularly gentle throttle response (Low Power Mode). The predefined level of the electronic controls is set to offer maximum stability and optimum grip.
