Francesco Bagnaia triumphed in the 100KM dei Campioni on the new Desmo450 MX

Pecco Bagnaia, paired with Augusto Fernández, won the eleventh edition of the “100KM dei Campioni” aboard a modified version of the Ducati Desmo450 MX, making its official racing debut on the VR46 Ranch track in Tavullia.

This race is one of the most highly anticipated events of the winter season. Every year, it brings together riders from MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and SBK, as well as off-road specialists from motocross, enduro and supermotard, to bring the season to a close in an informal yet highly competitive atmosphere.

The Desmo450 MX proved to be a solid base for flat track racing. With few modifications needed for racing, it demonstrated a versatility that made it competitive straight away.

This victory at the Tavullia Ranch is a significant milestone for the Ducati Off-Road project. In 2026, the programme will expand to include the MXGP World Championship, as well as MX2 and Supercross.
