Desmosedici Stradale: 182 hp of pure adrenaline
Just like other Ducati sports models, the Diavel V4 RS adopts the 1103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine, for a total of 182 hp, or rather an additional 14 hp with respect to the Diavel V4. The dry clutch has an unmistakable sound that won’t go unnoticed. The Diavel V4 RS is available in a numbered version, with the model number displayed on an aluminium plate located on the rear cylinder head.
Unique components for unrivalled sports style
The Diavel V4 RS also expresses its sportiness through carbon fibre components designed specifically for this motorcycle. Every element—from the air intakes to the single-seat tail, to the fenders and tank covers, all made of carbon fibre—contributes to making the look even more distinctive and sporty, lightening the bike by 3 kg compared to the Diavel V4.
Race-level performance with Öhlins suspension
The Diavel V4 RS ensures ultimate performance with Öhlins suspension, for effective sports riding support and comfort when simply cruising.
A bolder, sportier profile
The Diavel V4 RS flaunts a sportier, more assertive profile thanks to development of the new design. New composite air vents on the shoulders of the tank combine visible carbon fibre on the lower section with an upper red finish for a distinctive contrast. Coordinating with the livery, the side panels emphasise the hefty power of the front end, accentuating the visual impact of the bike.
New forged wheels for dynamic performance and an exclusive design
The Diavel V4 RS mounts aluminium forged wheels with a five-spoke “Y” design inspired by the world of sports cars, accentuating the model’s exclusive character and uniqueness. Paired with Diablo Rosso IV tyres, the wheels don’t just add to the bike’s aggressive look, but also improve its dynamic behaviour, offering greater stability and more neutral, precise turning.
Advanced electronics and significant riding customisation
The electronics package on the Diavel V4 RS includes three Power Modes (High, Medium, Low), Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0 and four Riding Modes: Race, introduced to the Diavel family for the first time, Sport, Touring and Wet. Rounding out the package, a new Ducati Power Launch management strategy optimises starts, fully exploiting the power of the engine. The sports-oriented electronics system is further emphasised with dedicated TFT dash graphics, which startup with an exclusive model-specific animation.
Unmistakable exhaust
The iconic four-exit exhaust stands out for its titanium end caps and aluminium covers which add to the unmistakable style of the Diavel V4 RS.
Lighter and more extreme
To further reduce weight, the Diavel V4 RS adopts a small lithium-ion battery that, combined with a numerous carbon fibre elements, ensures a 3 kg weight saving with respect to the Diavel V4.
Sports rider seat
The rider seat is enhanced with red stitching on the side, a detail that highlights the bike’s sports attitude. The single-seat tail in carbon fibre, complete with “RS” logo on both sides, replaces the passenger seat of the Diavel V4, helping to visually lighten the rear section. When travelling two-up, the seat provided can be easily replaced with a passenger seat, made practical with retractable footpegs and grab handles that are also removable.
