4 Year Warranty20 years following the inception of the initial prototype Hypermotard 1100, the essence of that boisterous and rebellious motard spirit has reached peak hype!
The Hypermotard V2 SP press launch in Modena, Italy allowed the biking journalists to finally get their gloves around the new models’ grips and point the distinctive ‘beak’ towards the track. Excitement, controlled lunacy and a hint of two-wheeled hooliganism soon became the order of the day.
Each rider certainly pushed and had chance to fully assess the new race-derived electronics package and rider aids, including Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC). The lower weight (compared to previous models) and new 120hp V2 engine along with the totally remastered chassis proved to be a winning mix.
