Episode 2 - Chaz Davies
Welcome to the Ducati Diaries Podcast!

Ducati UK is proud to present Ducati Diaries, a brand-new podcast series hosted by former Ducati racer and world champion turned motorsport commentator Neil Hodgson. Having raced Ducatis in the British, World and AMA Superbike Championships, and taken the titles in the first two, host Neil Hodgson is perfectly placed to put the right questions to the biggest names in motorcycle racing.

When it comes to motorcycle racing, Chaz Davies has pretty much done it all, from 125cc, 250cc and MotoGP racing to World Supersport and World Superbike, and from riding in America to MotoE, he’s been there and done that. And not only that, but he’s one of the nicest guys in the game.

Ducati Diaries host Neil Hodgson takes Chaz Davies down memory lane to the early years of his career and early rivalries with the likes of Casey Stoner. The journey to his current ride in the MotoE championship is the sort of stuff that racing legends are made of, with the epic battles against Jonathan Rea just one of the many highlights.

Get ready for a chat that takes on racing rivalries, team dynamics and the life of an international top racer.

Talking to Neil in the first episode is Casey Stoner, who shares some incredible insights into his journey to the top of the sport as well as the challenges he faced. Casey enjoyed a glittering career with two MotoGP championships, but made a shock decision to retire from the sport aged only 27. He talks to Neil about his motivations, struggles and whether there’s anything he wished he had done differently. It’s a candid and captivating conversation.
