Journey itinerary
Day 1 – Misano

Arrival in the afternoon at Misano Adriatico, following the conclusion of the World Ducati Week – Centenary Edition.
Trip briefing and welcome dinner.

Day 2 – Misano → Mugello → Bologna → Venice (400 km / 249 miles)

From the plains to rolling hills and into the Emilia Apennines, the route winds across the legendary Muraglione, Giogo, and Raticosa passes, curves that have written Ducati history.

A stop at the Mugello Circuit, the revered MotoGP temple, precedes the ride toward the Venetian lagoon.

Venice welcomes you with its unique maze of streets, bridges, and canals, before the journey continues north toward the majestic Dolomites.

Day 3 – Venice → Cortina d’Ampezzo → San Cassiano (225 km / 140 miles)

The road climbs and the scenery transforms: the mountains draw near, and the engine finds its rhythm. Curves become more flowing, the air fresher, sharper.

In the heart of the Dolomites, the Giau Pass (2,236 m) offers breathtaking panoramas.

In Cortina d’Ampezzo, elegance and freedom converge.

Then on to Falzarego and Valparola, where the crisp mountain air and the sheer beauty of the route turn every turn into pure riding pleasure.

Day 4 – San Cassiano → Passo Gardena → Passo Sella → Passo Pordoi → Lago Fedaia → Merano (240 km / 149 miles)

In the heart of the Alps, the road winds through breathtaking panoramas and some of the world’s most legendary mountain passes, where legend, freedom, and the thrill of riding converge.

From Gardena Pass (2,121 m) to Sella Pass (2,244 m), then Pordoi Pass (2,239 m) and Lake Fedaia (2,057 m), every curve becomes a perfect harmony between rider, machine, and mountain.

The descent toward Bolzano and Merano, over four more alpine passes, concludes the day immersed in the crisp scent of mountain forests and the rich flavors of South Tyrol.

Day 5 – Passo Stelvio → Livigno → Passo Gavia → Lake Como (250 km / 155 miles)

A day among the giants: Stelvio Pass (2,758 m) and Gavia Pass (2,621 m)—names that alone make every motorcyclist’s heart race.

The asphalt climbs through ever-more dramatic landscapes, and at the summit you ride between walls of snow up to five meters high, a white corridor that amplifies the silence and the magic of altitude.

From Gavia Pass, nestled between its two alpine lakes, the descent begins toward Lake Como, one of Italy’s most enchanting and iconic destinations.

Day 6 – Northern Lakes (300 km / 186 miles)

Leaving behind the elegant shores of Lake Como, the road winds through the valleys of Bergamo toward San Pellegrino Terme, a historic town suspended between Belle Époque charm and alpine nature. Liberty-style facades, thermal waters, and the scent of the forests, every detail tells the story of an Italy that moves in harmony and at its own pace.

The climb to Passo San Marco marks the heart of the day: crisp curves, a rising rhythm, and sudden panoramas that leave you breathless.

And then, in a perfect play of reflections, water returns as the star: first Lake Iseo, then the wild, intimate beauty of Lake Idro, and finally the broad, Mediterranean light of Lake Garda, where the day ends among olive groves and golden horizons.

Day 7 – Lake Garda → Verona → Mantua → Bologna (350 km / 217 miles)

After Lake Garda, a ferry carries us across to the opposite shore—a slow, contemplative pause before returning to the road.

Through mountains and glimpses of water, we reach the rolling hills of Valpolicella, then Verona, the city of lovers and 19th-century poets, celebrated for its frescoed palaces and the majestic Arena, a witness to centuries of music and passion.

The route continues through Mantua, elegant and serene, before the final return to Bologna. The day concludes with a dinner at the Ducati Museum, surrounded by the motorcycles that have shaped the 100-year history of Borgo Panigale.

Day 8 – Bologna

The Journey Elevated to Art, Celebrating the Centenary

Ducati celebrates its Centenary by reimagining the 19th-century Grand Tour through a contemporary lens, guiding riders along routes that blend art, culture, and quintessential Italian beauty.

Between water and architecture, Venice stands as one of Europe’s finest artistic expressions: Gothic and Renaissance reflections shimmer on the canals, creating a cultural landscape unlike any other.

Lake Como has been a Grand Tour destination for centuries. Historic villas and lakeside gardens tell a story of timeless elegance, where culture and landscape merge effortlessly.

Lake Garda reflects a meeting of contrasts: Nordic and Mediterranean, mountains and water. Villages and fortifications define a layered territory where culture emerges in harmony with the environment.

And then Verona, where history and imagination intertwine. From the Arena to the legend of Romeo and Juliet, the city spans centuries while preserving its identity intact.

This is more than an itinerary, it is a sequence of visions. A journey that unfolds like a work of art, where each stop is a brushstroke composing a story that bridges memory and modernity.
