Tim Neave and VRX Dirt Store Ducati score Ducati's maiden off-road British National Championship Title

• Back-to-back ACU British Flat Track Championship title wins for Tim Neave
• Ducati’s first off road British National Championship win
• Demso450 MX a winner its first year of competition in the Flat Track Pro series

Tim Neave won the 2026 ACU British Flat Track Championship in the final championship round at Buxton Speedway, Buckinghamshire, on Sunday 6th September. 

The championship win marks a consecutive title for Neave, and his first onboard the Desmo450 MX with the VRX Dirt Store Ducati race team.

Flat Track Pro series wins at Kings Lynn, Leicester and Buxton saw Neave take the British title with a total of 54 points, ahead of Jack Bell (50) and Adam James (40).

Neave is back onboard VRX Dirt Store Ducati Desmo450 MX this coming weekend when action resumes in the FIM Flat Track World Championship at Vasad, Hungary. Neave currently sits top of the standings in the World Championship with 125 points, a nine-point advantage over Bell, with VRX Dirt Store Ducati teammate Ashton Boughen a further eight points back in third.

"It’s great to get my second national championship title, and the first for Ducati. I went in wanting to win it but I was pushed hard all year. But we delivered, and the bike was faultless, things were just going from strength to strength with the Ducati this year. I had a great feeling with it everywhere I've gone, so it’s just nice to put it all together. 

I'm heading out to Hungary tomorrow for round seven of the FIM World Flat Track Championship. We've got four rounds to go, but we're sitting at the top of the rider standings, which is just where I want to be at this point in the season. I've just got to have four really strong, clean races. We'll see where we end up, but it should be good!"
