The Ducati Desmo450 MX Factory makes its UK event debut at the Arenacross World Tour

Last weekend saw Birmingham's the bp pulse LIVE arena host the opening round on the 2026 Arenacross calendar. Ducati UK were present at the event with a Desmo450 MX on show in the VIP Zone. There was a second on display in the all-new AX Fan Zone where it was also joined by the new Desmo450 MX Factory - the first time ever that this competition bike has been seen by the UK public.

"We were really front and centre in the AX Fan Zone and our stand was so busy with fans. There were loads of interest in the Desmo450 MX Factory bike, and it was amazing to see the number of kids there in awe of the Ducati. They're the future of the sport and that's the bike they could all hopefully be riding in the future. 

And then you'd get the guys that were just obsessed with how the Desmo450 MX works. They were all keen to understand the engineering side of it. We got a lot of comments about how beautifully designed the bike was, about the attention to detail, and that it just looked great.

It seemed people were really impressed with Ducati as a manufacturer too, in the fact that they've put so much effort into the development of this MX Factory bike, rather than making a token effort in MX. Ducati have pulled over their Superbike intricacies over to the off-road game, which I personally felt was needed.  

It seemed Arenacross was a new event to many attending over the weekend, but judging by the number of smiles on faces they'll certainly be back for more action soon." 

Desmo450 MX Factory bikes will be on display later this month when the Arenacross World Tour visits Belfast's SSE Arena on February 14-15th February.
