4 Year WarrantySuperbike Advocates Racing and rider Tommy Bridewell are travelling to the Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary for round four of the 2026 Superbike World Championship, where the goal will be to continue building on the very positive foundations laid during previous rounds.
Last on track at the Assen TT Circuit less than two weeks ago, Bridewell qualified eleventh for the races, a strong result that shows the squad is working in the right direction. Race 1 brought more points for the rookie rider, while the Superpole race and Race 2 proved a little trickier. Tommy was nevertheless able to demonstrate strong pace across the weekend, which augers well heading into this next round, at a track that is completely new to the team. The goal will be to take a methodical approach and make the most of the practices so as to be as prepared as possible for the racing on Saturday and Sunday.
The Balaton Park Circuit is hosting WorldSBK for only the second time, after last year’s inaugural event. Officially opened in May 2023, the circuit’s facilities include 48 pit garages, VIP areas and lounges, a media centre, medical centre, and two additional support paddock areas. The track measures 4.075 km in length and comprises seven right turns and ten left turns. .
Tommy Bridewell (Superbike Advocates Racing #46)
“Going into the Balaton round, I can say I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a track I’ve never been to, so obviously I have to learn it fast. The saving grace is that everyone else has only been there once before. I personally need to get my head around the layout and then the expectation as a team is to keep building.
I’m really looking forward to it after a positive Assen round, and I’ve been at Aragón in the meantime just to clock up some more miles with my V4R practice bike, so I now feel fit and ready as we head towards another race weekend.”
