A motivated Bridewell is all set for Motorland Aragón

Spain’s Motorland Aragón is the next destination for Superbike Advocates Racing, and the team is very eager to build on its recent results with rider Tommy Bridewell as it prepares for this sixth round of the 2026 Superbike World Championship.

WorldSBK round five, which ran at Czechia’s Autodrom Most, saw the rookie team score its best results of the season so far. Bridewell scored points across all three races and finished top ten in both of Sunday’s races, in eighth and tenth position. The latest round was followed by a two-day test at Misano World Circuit, during which Bridewell and his technicians were able to make the most of good weather and take the time to test solutions that it hasn’t had time to explore during race events.

The Anglo-Australian squad is now keen to carry its latest findings into the upcoming race weekend at Motorland Aragón. Bridewell competed as a substitute rider at the 2025 Aragón round and so will be looking to exploit that previous track knowledge as he heads into the 2026 event with the Panigale V4R.

Inaugurated in 2009, the Motorland Aragón facility is located in Alcañiz, part of Spain’s autonomous community of Aragón. Designed by Hermann Tilke, the track combines long sweeping corners with slower, tighter curves and noticeable elevation changes. The circuit has regularly staged WorldSBK events since 2011. Boasting one of the longer SBK layouts, the track currently measures 5.077 kilometres and incorporates seven right and ten left turns.

Tommy Bridewell (Superbike Advocates Racing #46)
“I’m looking forward to the Aragón round, which comes just a few days after our test at Misano. It’s a track I’ve already visited this season with my practice bike, just to try and get some laps in because it’s quite a complex circuit. The upcoming round gives us another opportunity to build and keep learning. There’s still a lot for me to learn on the bike, but if we can another step in Spain, that’s all we can ask for really.”
