A GP that speaks for itself, repeatedly conditioned by the rain and halted halfway, at a moment that was decisive.

We were fast and competitive, Pecco was giving of his best in conditions that he doesn’t particularly like and it would have been most interesting to see the ultimate result of a challenge that we were managing, so to speak, with a focussed race strategy.

A spirited Jorge, relentless, another perfect weekend for bike and rider, yet another pearl for a Team that is working superbly, nurturing World Championship ambitions that honour the great Ducati family.

For us, nevertheless, a positive weekend during which we worked well and were turning out a good performance in general, particularly taking into consideration those wet conditions. There are things still to be honed, but Pecco has regained the right feelings even in such challenging moments, reacting with renewed determination to the mistake made in India. He has the serenity and strength of his self-confidence in this hand-to-hand combat for the title. These are re-born the same motivations that led him to be World Champion, and that will prove their worth in this much awaited and exciting end of season, in the name of sportsmanship and with Ducati Corse as major protagonist, which in itself is already a victory.

A victory that has just been attained in the SBK manufacturers as well as in the SuperSport World Championships, during a weekend that crowned the world championship dream of an amazing Bulega, absolute dominator in SSP with the 14th win of the season. My thoughts and heart are now for all the protagonists of these achievements, so important and prestigious for our colours!

Come on, Ducati!
