Misano MotoGP Ducati Grandstand 2021

On Sunday, 19 September the Grand Prix top riders will battle it out at the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit, giving you the chance to finally enjoy the roar of the Desmosedici GP bikes directly from the Ducati Grandstand!

The new position of the Ducati Grandstand, in the Carro Grandstand zone, guarantees an excellent view of the races with numbered seating and a mega screen. 

The new Ducati Grandstand at Misano is located on the Carro Corner, providing excellent visibility also of the straight, and is accessed via the Via del Carro circuit entrance. The grandstand is open air with numbered seats and a large screen for fans to follow the entire event.

This year, it will not be possible to collect the ticket from the ticket desk. The purchase and receipt of the ticket will be done digitally.

Indeed, Ducati cares about the health of its fans and all anti-COVID-19 rules will be put in place to ensure that fans can safely enjoy the race live and without risk.

It is important to check the www.misanocircuit.com website, more specifically the events page, to receive updates on any new Covid-19 coronavirus regulations concerning access and conduct on the premises. More specifically, if the regulation should introduce the obligation for visitors to have a Green Card, as foreseen by L.D. 52 of 22 April, all ticket holders must provide such credentials at the gate, in accordance with the laws in force.

Motorcycle and car parking

The parking lot is outside the circuit on Via del Carro (GPS coordinates: 49.964706,12.693485)

Access is reserved to motorcyclists and motorists with a ticket for Carro Grandstand 1. Parking is subject to availability.

Cloakroom 

A cloakroom service for technical motorcycle apparel is offered subject to availability.

The hours for the parking lot and cloakroom are as follows:

  • Saturday, 18 September: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
  • Sunday, 19 September: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

Note that Sunday, 19 September the cars and motorcycles in the lot and objects in the cloakroom that have not been picked up during the specified hours will not be watched.

Fan Kit

All guests of the Ducati Grandstand will receive a complimentary "fan kit" that will be distributed by personnel inside the Grandstand to avoid creating crowds at the pick-up point.

The kit contains a T-shirt and souvenir.

General Info

Built in 1972, the Misano circuit was a venue for GP races in the 80s and 90s before dropping off the calendar for fourteen years. After a number of modifications to improve the infrastructure and a change in the track direction, Misano returned to the MotoGP calendar in 2007. As always for a ‘home’ round, the Ducati Team riders can count on the support of numerous fans present in the Ducati Grandstand.
