A race lived on tenterhooks and during which a dramatic turn of events was always on the cards, even more so if viewed from the perspective of the entire weekend.

A weekend that didn’t begin with the best of promises, but that ended with a resounding victory, clawed lap after lap by a formidable Pecco who again finds success at the most important stage of the season. A perfect way in which to celebrate the Constructors' title secured on Saturday.

A strong sign, a success intensely wished for, suffered and conquered, having given his all, a real masterpiece after what happened in the qualifying rounds and in the Sprint Race. A shining example of a true Champion’s reaction and determination, one who was immediately at the ready when circumstances swung in his favour, and there is no doubt that they indeed were. After scoring a hands-down victory in the Sprint Race on Saturday, Jorge was also dominating the GP with ruthless authority, betrayed only by an excess of zeal. Bagnaia simply ran his race, with pride and the awareness of always believing in it: these led him back to victory. This is his splendid race, and it is this winning attitude of his that boosts our morale. He completed a comeback with tenacity and talent that hadn’t been seen in dry conditions for years; a resounding success that makes all the difference and returns him to the top of the Championship standings. There are five more races to the end of the season: it will be very tough indeed. What happened in the latest races, including today’s, shows uncertainty for an all-Ducati challenge that promises to be exciting and fully dedicated to sportsmanship. We are proud of all this.

Unfortunately, Enea was penalised by an initial error that relegated him to the bottom of the field; however, three of our bikes placed in the top 5 positions, with a joyful fourth place for a newfound Di Giannantonio, his best performance in the top class; an awe-inspiring fifth for Bezzecchi, without forgetting the fantastic Pole Position of Marini who was then unlucky in the race.

Come on, Ducati!
