Problem Solving and 8D Method

The Fisica in Moto laboratory, with the Patronage of the Regional School Office for Emilia-Romagna and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, proposes the "Problem Solving and Method 8D" training and refresher course for School Executives of secondary schools of I and II degree, their vicars and collaborators.

The School Manager has a leadership role within the school. The purpose of our course is to provide a simple and effective method to face and solve constructively and profitably the problems that arise in a complex system like the school, gained thanks to the experience and the business skills.

The course includes an introduction to the theoretical models available for a quantitative analysis of the case studies and a useful workshop to test the acquired techniques, under the guidance of an expert.

The course consists of a 4-hour afternoon session (2.30pm-6.30pm) on Wednesday 17th October 2018.
