Discover moreA motorcycle road trip through the Balkans, built stage by stage along an itinerary filled with landscapes, historic cities and unforgettable roads.
The journey began with the ride towards Venice, reached in two days by crossing Switzerland. After a day dedicated to discovering the city, the route continued towards Ljubljana, in Slovenia, passing through Triglav National Park and Lake Bled.
From there, the road led into Croatia, towards the Plitvice Lakes, with an entire day dedicated to exploring one of the most fascinating natural places of the journey. The itinerary then continued towards Zadar, alternating between mountain and coastal landscapes, before crossing by ferry to the island of Pag.
The next stage led into Bosnia and Herzegovina, all the way to Mostar, before continuing towards Montenegro, through iconic places such as Perast, Kotor and Lake Skadar. The return to Croatia brought the journey to Dubrovnik and then Split, before crossing the Adriatic Sea by ferry to Ancona.
From there, the journey reached Borgo Panigale for a special stop: a visit to the Ducati Museum and factory. The final days were dedicated to the ride back home, once again passing through Switzerland.
Among the most memorable moments was the discovery of the Plitvice Lakes, with their spectacular natural scenery.
A magnificent journey on magnificent roads, through stunning landscapes and places where the warmth of the people made every stage even more special.
