All participants will receive a Welcome Kit containing a T-shirt, bandana, pin, patch, keyring and useful event information, ensuring all essential details are always at hand throughout the event.

Leave your personal belongings in a secure place and enjoy World Ducati Week with complete freedom. The cloakroom service is available for a fee, with part of the proceeds supporting the activities of Mondo Donna Onlus.

Step into the Ducati Shops and discover the complete collection of official Ducati and Ducati Corse apparel, accessories and merchandise. Experience Ducati style and take it with you wherever you go.

Visit the Ducati Outlet areas and discover official Ducati apparel, technical gear and accessories at special prices.

Want to capture your track experience? During the track sessions, a professional photographer will be on hand to capture the most exciting and memorable moments of your ride. Photos will be available for purchase at the Track Office box.

This dedicated DHL service point allows purchases made at the Ducati Shop and Ducati Outlet in the paddock to be shipped directly to your preferred destination.

A dedicated technical support service available directly in the paddock, with Ducati technicians on hand to provide assistance and emergency support throughout the event.

• Pirelli: exhibition area, tyre fitting service and a special WDW gift with purchases made in the paddock, plus limited-edition “Ducati Centenario” tyres.
• Andreani: free suspension setup checks and adjustments, delivered by one of the industry's leading specialists.

An exclusive service offered by Ducati in collaboration with Dainese, allowing riders to create a fully customised riding suit. At World Ducati Week, visitors can visit the Dainese stand to have their measurements taken and explore the possibility of purchasing a Ducati SuMisura suit. Feeling creative? The airbrushing service is available in the paddock to personalise your helmet or bike, or simply to seal and protect the autograph of your favourite rider. This is a paid service.

Add a distinctive touch with the Ducati and WDW-themed temporary tattoo service. An original way to carry the spirit of the event with you, available every day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the DOC Village.

A medical assistance service will be available throughout the event within the circuit, ready to provide support whenever needed.

Bring your own water bottle: throughout the circuit, you'll find water refill points and dispensers, all clearly marked on the event map for easy access.
