A very special podium

With talent and sheer grit, a formidable Martin dominated a race that he wanted to make his own from the very start, and so he did, after having won both the Pole Position and the Sprint Race with the same determination. My applause to Jorge and Pramac. 

Immense, there are no other adjectives where Bagnaia and Bezzecchi are concerned. Exciting, their performance especially knowing what we knew, thrilling, their second part of the race after having given everything, emotional their will to impose themselves even when pain was at its utmost. Fantastic. Pecco, in particular, being the star he is, honoured the number he carries and, before our wonderful home fans once again demonstrated why he is the World Champion. A hug from the heart, that Heart of which our sport is made, and that goes above and beyond everything else.

Finally, the tests on Monday, important because they were also carried out with 2024 in mind, were extremely interesting even though incomplete due to the understandable absence of Pecco, Enea and even Michele. We had to curtail the scheduled programme, but are confident that these concepts will be developed further during the October tests with Michele, to then present the new bike during the tests which will follow the Valencia race.
