Ducati among the protagonists of the fifth edition of Motor Valley Fest

The fifth edition of Motor Valley Fest, the open-air festival dedicated to the motoring excellence of the Emilia-Romagna region and to all lovers of two and four wheels, got underway today. The event will be held until 14 May in Modena, capital of the Motor Valley and UNESCO World Heritage city.

Four intense days of meetings, talks, exhibitions, car and motorbike parades, cultural events, celebration of the territory and networking moments involving companies, institutions and the world of education which every time make the Motor Valley Fest an event of international importance. Among the big players of this year's event could not miss Ducati, by now a fixed point of reference of the festival for the motorcycle industry.

Ducati made its debut at the opening conference held at the Pavarotti Theatre in Modena, at the end of which the ribbon was cut to mark the inauguration of the four-day event. The stage of the historic theatre saw Claudio Domenicali, Ducati CEO and President of Motor Valley Development together with representatives of the brands of the Land of Motors discuss the present and future of the automotive sector during the Top Table, with particular focus on electric revolution.

In this context, the fifth edition of Motor Valley Fest sees the bodies of the association involved in meetings that address some of the most relevant issues at national and international level, from innovation to AI, up to the enhancement of talents and the approach to sustainability”.

From 12 to 14 May the splendid Cortile d'Onore of the eighteenth-century Palazzo Ducale, seat of the Military Academy of Modena, will host the Best of Motor Valley, a public display of the most iconic and prestigious supercars, motorcycles and vintage cars in the world. Two-wheel enthusiasts will be able to admire in person the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, the exclusive masterpiece born from the collaboration between Ducati and Lamborghini and exposed for the occasion in two different colors.

Ducati is also making a contribution to the Fest by participating in various moments of exchange between round tables dedicated to design and meetings with talents dedicated to students.

On Friday 12 May Andrea Ferraresi, Director of the Centro Stile Ducati, will take part in a round table entitled Design & Heritage in which new trends in aerodynamics and style will be discussed in view of the ecological and technological transition. The meeting will be held in the Sala Calandra of the Modena headquarters of UniCredit.

The Ducati Talent Talk is also scheduled for the same day. At the Teatro del Collegio di San Carlo, from 9:00 to 10:00, Simone Di Piazza, Ducati Head of Innovation and R&D Services, will hold an in-depth meeting aimed at the student population during which he will talk about the key professional figures required by the automotive world and the recommended academic training path to be able to aspire to such professions.

Finally, in Piazza Roma throughout the weekend there will be a space dedicated to "Romagna Motorcycle", the initiative set up by Visit Romagna in partnership with Ducati, Motor Valley, Misano World Circuit and Riders' Land, with the aim of offering all motorcyclist enthusiasts the opportunity to travel on their motorbike to discover the beauties and charm of the Land of Motors.
