Discover moreThe seventh edition of the Motor Valley Fest, the open-air festival that will animate Modena - a UNESCO World Heritage city - from 5 to 8 June with a celebration of the motoring excellence of Emilia-Romagna and the unique heritage of the Land of Motors, is officially underway.
Motor Valley is the beating heart of Italian engineering and motoring passion. A unique district in the world, where some of the most iconic and prestigious brands of two and four wheels coexist, recognized and appreciated worldwide for their ability to combine innovation, design and performance, which today stands out as a model of excellence in the integration of industry, innovation, education and territory.
An extraordinary ecosystem of which, in addition to Ducati, companies such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Pagani and Dallara are part, as well as symbolic places of speed such as some of the most important international Circuits, including the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. This is the context in which Motor Valley Fest fits in, an event capable of transforming the city of Modena into a large open-air stage dedicated to the culture of the motor. Four days packed with events, including meetings, talks, exhibitions and car and motorcycle parades, accompanied by cultural appointments and celebrations of the territory. Not just entertainment, but also a concrete opportunity for discussion and collaboration between companies, institutions and the academic world, in an edition dedicated to the theme of the industry of the future, with particular attention to innovation, training, research and new technologies in the automotive sector and sustainable mobility.
Together with other excellences of the Motor Valley area and the national panorama, Ducati returns to the festival, confirming itself once again as an undisputed benchmark for the world of two wheels. In the heart of Modena, enthusiasts will be able to admire three collector's models that tell the story of the excellence and Italian spirit that animate every creation of the motorcycle manufacturer: the Panigale V4 Tricolore, the Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia and the Panigale V4 Lamborghini.
The festival opened with the inaugural conference at the Teatro Storchi in Modena, culminating in the Motor Valley Top Table, a discussion between the top representatives of the main manufacturers of the Land of Motors - including Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati - on the challenges to be faced in order to continue to lead innovation in the automotive sector and maintain a benchmark role in an increasingly complex and competitive industrial landscape.
Ducati’s presence at the Motor Valley Fest is also articulated through the full programme of round tables and thematic meetings, which will feature several leading figures of the Borgo Panigale company.
At the San Paolo complex, on Thursday 5 June, Marco Zambenedetti, Ducati Superbike Project Manager, will participate in the round table “Racing and Technology: the evolution of speed”, while Andrea Ferraresi, Centro Stile Ducati & Strategy Director, is among the protagonists of the meeting “Designing the Future: innovation, technology and sustainability in the world of high-performance cars”. The following day, Friday 6 June, Patrizia Cianetti, Ducati Marketing & Communications Director, will bring her experience to the panel “The Luxury Experience: Beyond the Product, Inside the Brand”.
Also on Friday 6 June, Ducati will host a Talent Talk led by Simone Di Piazza, Ducati Head of Innovation and R&D Services. An event designed for students, young talents and professionals interested in getting to know the Ducati universe up close and discussing the future of the sector, including new technological challenges and key skills that are driving change. For those who are unable to attend in person, the event will be broadcast live on the event's YouTube channel.
The full Motor Valley Fest programme and further information on the event are available on the dedicated website.
