A weekend that started in a complicated way and closed triumphantly, with us challenging our opponents in the race for the title throughout the test runs and qualifiers. A well-deserved “seal” that makes me really happy. I want to congratulate Pecco; only great champions manage to win even when not the fastest on the track.
But, that’s not all: in the first part of the race Jack was also very good and fought for first position, then reaching a podium that completes the celebration.
But, that’s not all: the whole Ducati Team made the difference: from Zarco’s amazing pole position, absolute protagonist in the race until bowing out, to the exceptional comeback of a rediscovered Bastianini, not forgetting a stubborn and solid Martin and his important fifth place.
But, that’s not all: all this was possible thanks to the sustained and unrelenting commitment of all the Ducati Corse women and men, day by day, both on the track and at home.
Oh yes... an awesome day indeed.
