It was another splendid win

Today, Ducati Lenovo is celebrating the Team Title, yet another justly deserved and important recognition owed to the precious work of all the women and men of our Team.
It was another splendid win, the seventh for Bagnaia, in a crucial and very tight race, made difficult by an error in the qualifying round, and therefore all the more outstanding for the way in which it was tackled and concluded.
We did our duty, everything we HAD to do, and we did it to the best of our ability on a track amongst the most technical in MotoGP, and one that is particularly difficult due to consistently extreme weather conditions.
Pecco’s start was spectacular, well nigh perfect, with an amazing reaction time at the starting lights and a textbook braking at the first bend. With this, finding himself already projected into second position.
Once again he knew how to race with talent, wisdom and determination, managing a very high and relentless pace, pushing to the limit to achieve a success that, while not enough to secure the title, takes us really close. We will be pitching everything into the last challenge. All things said and done, the right finale for two most worthy contenders.
And then, another great performance by the Ducati riders, bikes and teams. From Martin's pole position to the races conducted by Bastianini, Bezzecchi and Miller, the latter making a magnificent comeback after a contact at the start: all this, a sustained confirmation that makes me justly proud and provides a bright backdrop to the battle for the riders' championship.
Now, maximum concentration is needed for the last piece of this breathtaking puzzle, with the same spirit and approach shown in the last few races: Come on, Ducati!
