#ItalianGP: Ducati Lenovo Team Ready to Hit the Track for Highly Anticipated Home Grand Prix at Mugello

Less than seven days after Francesco Bagnaia and the Ducati Lenovo Team's extraordinary victory at the Montmeló Circuit, the official Ducati team is ready to hit the track for its highly anticipated home event at Mugello. The Gran Premio d'Italia Brembo, which this year reaches its thirty-eighth edition, will be the first of two events scheduled this year for MotoGP in Italy and will be held on Sunday, June 2, Italian Republic Day, with the Borgo Panigale team and its Desmosedici GP24s ready to "dress" in the Azzurro of the National Team.

In the last two editions of the Italian GP, the reigning World Champion Bagnaia has been an absolute protagonist, taking victory in both 2022 and 2023. Last year's event was particularly perfect for the rider from Chivasso, who not only secured pole position with a new track record but also triumphed in Saturday's Sprint. Enea Bastianini, who returned to Mugello last year after a forced stop caused by a shoulder injury, arrives at the seventh round of the 2024 season motivated to redeem himself after a difficult Sunday in Barcelona.

In addition to being able to count on the affection and warmth of all the Italian fans present at the circuit, the Ducati Lenovo Team riders will also receive the support of the Ducatisti present on the Ducati Grandstand, at the Correntaio corner and in the Central Grandstand.
