This only partially mitigates the negative result attained by the Team and the official Desmosedici. Against the important evolutions of our adversaries we are pitting bikes whose indisputable potential has not yet been expressed completely since we’re still continuing in our quest, unfortunately slightly delayed compared with our original plans, for the right way to best interpret the new features we introduced.
We are particularly sorry that Jack, owing to a most banal and unexpected technical drawback, was excluded from a race in which he could have featured positively.
If we are to fulfil our dream, we have to be competitive every time we take to the track and today obviously, with the official bikes, we were not: we are learning from these hitches, turning over a new leaf, working harder and with renewed confidence, ready to face the next challenge.
