At the Edge of Patagonia

12,500 km across Chile and Argentina

Setting off alone from Blumenau, Brazil, this journey crosses Argentina and Chile to reach some of Patagonia’s most remote landscapes. From San Carlos de Bariloche to the Carretera Austral, passing through Puerto Río Tranquilo and Villa O’Higgins, the Multistrada V4 S tackles around 1,000 km of unpaved roads out of the 1,247 km total length of the legendary Chilean route. A boat detour to discover the Marble Chapels, then back on the road towards Mendoza and finally Blumenau: 12,500 km through incredible scenery, challenging routes and territories at the edge of Chile and Argentina.
