The itinerary

A journey between dreams and nature.

Day 1

Welcome to America and Las Vegas, one of the most dazzling cities in the USA. Viva Las Vegas! After a visit to the city, there will be a tour briefing.

Day 2 | 340 km

We cross the Red Canyon and Death Valley, a magical place amid gigantic sand dunes, salt flats and colorful sandstone canyons. It’s the hottest and driest place in the United States, with summer temperatures reaching 50 °C.

Day 3 | 500km

We enter the Valley of Fire, the red valley created in the age of dinosaurs. The rocks display every shade of white, pink and orange. We then reach Zion National Park. There’s the chance to continue a bit longer into the canyon, go on some hikes or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon strolling around Springdale and its boutiques.

Day 4 | 320Km

Amazing roads all made to ride in a unique natural setting, reaching an altitude of 2,860 meters. Visit to two of the most beautiful American parks: Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, which can be reached by a winding road among white, pink, and orange rocks. End the day in the spectacular Capitol Reef National Park admiring the beautiful red rocks at sunset.

Day 5 | 350 km

We cross the San Rafael Desert, with a view that extends over endless horizons. We reach Moab along the Colorado River on route 128, one of the most spectacular roads in the United States of America. A visit to Arches National Park, one of Utah’s most iconic natural parks, where you can admire the majestic rock arches smoothed by the winds over millions of years.

Day 6 | 200 km

Moab is a beautiful city, famous as an off-road paradise for bike lovers and riders. Many excursions (e-bike, rafting, jeep, ATV, etc.) start from here to visit Canyonlands, a national park that winds along the banks of the Colorado River.

Day 7 | 375 km

Enchanted by the charm of the Wild West, we travel through a desert area dominated by canyons with rocks of all shapes and colors, such as Mexican Hat and Twin Rocks. We continue along Arizona’s endless prairies until we reach Monument Valley in the evening, where there’s a chance to go horse-riding at sunset.

Day 8 | 240 km

We admire the spectacular coves of Lake Powell and explore Antelope Canyon, one of the most extraordinary in the USA. A few miles from Page, a visit to the Horseshoe Bend, a meander about 300 meters deep carved out over millennia by the Colorado River, where a sunset view awaits that will take our breath away.

Day 9 | 320 km

Breakfast on the lakeshore and a relaxing morning that includes the chance of going on a boat excursion to discover Lake Powell. We admire the majesty of the Grand Canyon, an immense valley carved by the Colorado River that extends over a length of about 445 km, on the plateau between Utah and Arizona. There will also be the chance to fly over the canyon in a helicopter. Arrival in Williams, a charming village complete with saloons and old American cars parked up along the main avenue.

Day 10 | 480 km

After several days full of canyons, plateaus, deserts and Navajo settlements, we go back to ‘civilization’. We travel the most iconic road in the USA, the legendary Route 66, along one of the best preserved stretches. Then there’s a visit to the Route 66 museum and lunch in true fifties style. A stop at the Hoover Dam and return at sunset with the lights of Las Vegas in the distance.
