Ducati close the third week of production with a total of above 1000 motorcycles produced. We will work also this and next Saturday in order to recover more quickly the missing production and deliver to our passionate fans their red dream with the minimum delay possible.
All safety measures are in place and we keep in Borgo Panigale only the minimum necessary number of people with all the others (still more than 50%) working from remote.
One highlight of this week was the production of the last preproduction unit of the new Superleggera V4, ready to move to Nardo test track for final quality check.
This bike, produced in a 500 limited batch, is not only the most sophisticated bike ever produced form Ducati but has no comparable in the whole motorcycle industry. In a nutshell, it is the closest thing to a MotoGP you can take on the road, and in many areas is even more extreme.
Carbon fiber structural frame and subframe, swinging arm and wheels. Extreme wings size. 224 HP in road conditions that become 234 with track only exhaust. 159 dry weight.
Either you are a real track guy that dream the ultimate sport bike money can buy, or just a collector that knows well how these jewels keep and raise their value in the future, Superleggera V4 has simply no competitions.
